Club Locker to PADELphia Mobile App Conversion Instructions
Reservations for the courts and programs starting 12/15 will only be available in the new PADELphia app, which is available for download now. Until you are logged into your account, you will not see any court availability, please see below for account creation steps.
Existing Club Locker Users:
As an existing player in Club Locker, we have already transferred your information to the new PADELphia App on the back-end. Please keep an eye on your inbox this week, for your invitation email to download the new app and set up your account.

Important FAQs
1. Player Number selection - Primary booking player must select number of players in order to add additional players to the booking. Doubles = 4. Singles = 2.
2. Going forward, the primary booking player must add all members to the court. You can no longer add yourself to someone's court with an open spot.
3. Issues seeing padel courts - This means that a membership has not been added to your account (even if pay to play) or that payment on membership renewal was unable to process, and you should reach out to the padel office (padel@hpta-riverside.com) to have membership/payment info fixed/updated.
4. Payment Processing
- Court Bookings - Clients must go in and process payment for their portion of courts before the 1 hour mark prior to court time. Failure to do so will cause the primary booking player to be charged the entirety for the court fees.
- Lessons/Clinics - Going forward, clients will be charged at the time of sign-up/booking, rather than at the time of occurrence. If a lesson/clinic booking is cancelled with the allotted notice, members will be credited/refunded. If credited they'll have the option to use those credits towards future charges directly when processing payment on their account.
5. Membership is required to register for programming. If membership is not properly reflected on your account, you will be able to be added to a court, but at the "guest" fee of $50, rather than your membership level-based fee.
