4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, credits, and rescheduling are subject to PADELphia’s posted policies. Please refer to our booking or membership policies for details.

We may contact you about your account, bookings, memberships, reservations, programs, events, payments, and facility updates.

6. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications from PADELphia, you agree to receive transactional and promotional text messages related to our facility. These messages may include booking confirmations, reservation reminders, lesson reminders, event announcements, program updates, promotional offers, marketing campaigns, and follow-up engagement messages.

SMS communications are only enabled for users who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages from PADELphia.

Message frequency varies depending on your activity, bookings, memberships, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
